For me it's back to basics!!! Healthy eating, regular exercise, and tracking. I've lost and gained a lot of weight over the past 15 years and I will continue to start this journey over (and over and over and over) until I get it right! I've always focused on wanting to be a certain weight or wear a certain size. As I've gotten older I've started to realize that feeling happy and healthy are more important than a number on the scale. So, I'm starting over, with the ultimate goal of achieving a healthy and active lifestyle, and I plan to enjoy the journey :) Who's ready to join me?

My Goals:
My ultimate goal is to reach and maintain a healthy weight and an active lifestyle once and for all!!



Short term goals:

1) Track food and fitness daily
2) Drink at least (8) 8 oz glasses of water/day

3) Try at least 1 new healthy recipe per week

4) Write a weekly gratitude list


My Program:
Getting back to basics like healthier food choices, plenty of water, and tracking food and fitness.




Personal Information:
I'm an RN, mom to 3 beautiful girls, 26, 24, and 16 and grandma to very active little boy. We live in Southeastern Massachusetts, about half way between Boston and Cape Cod. I love to travel, cook, read, and crochet. I'm also in school, working towards a dual Master's in Nursing and Health Administration.



Other Information:
I've struggled with my weight for as long as I can remember and have tried every diet under the sun!! My weight has yo-yo'd from 135 - 235 since the birth of my youngest daughter 16 years ago. I am determined to conquer this demon!!

I am doing WW also, but the leader isn't all that good, so I am not sure if I am going to stay at work or join somewhere else!! We can help each other get this done!!! We can and WILL get there!!
