I AM 3 YEARS AWAY FROM RETIREMENT. I HAVE COPD AND THAT IS ONE REASON I WANT TO LOSE WEIGHT. I WOULD LIKE TO LOSE ABOUT 25 LBS. I WANT TO DO IT SLOW NOT FAST LIKE IN THE PAST. JUST TO GAIN IT BACK AGAIN.
