Watch what I eat, keep junk food out of the house (except for son's snacks) and try to exercise when I can.

I am from Connecticut, married with two children; one 25 and the other 6. I'm 51 year's young. My favorite saying is one my mother used to say "This too shall pass". So anything bad will go away with time.
