    Shortbread and jam.*It loves me back too unfortunately so it sticks around on my belly, hips*
    Amazing how things we love do us the most damage. I'm very lucky not to have a sweet tooth at all but wine gives me loadsa grief - not least where my waistbands are concerned!
    I don't always track all my food although I'm rubbish at guessing calories so I try to keep at it. I track exercise in the mornings - often before I've done any so that in the name of honesty I then have to do it!
    We can all only do our best and it seems to me that you're doing fine. More emoticon

    Oh sorry to hear about your knee and your back! Especially when you have been working so hard toward this goal! I do have a fit bit and it does motivate me. But there are times I fail inspire of it. Like you said. I just need to make sure i move!

    Hi Deb. Lots of luck in your marathon training! You are awesome. I'm not much of a runner. I have an injured knee and my back problem. BUT I do like to walk, even though I haven't even been doing much of that lately. I need to get back to having a step goal and sticking to it. I've been skipping luck lately to catch up at work, and that has eaten up my walking time. I've either got to get up,earlier or walk more after work. I can do it if I set my mind to it. Just have to push myself and stop being to lax. Thanks for your support. Let me know how you make out when you run your marathon. I admire your determination.
