I have doxie and he is so funny and cute. I try to walk him but he gets so excited he won't quit pulling his leash tight and even chokes himself.

I just finished posting my blog for day 17 just in case I don't have time in the morning. I have to call my neurologists office as soon as they open in the morning to see if they can get me in. Vertigo, optic neuritis and fatigue is getting worse instead of better. Usually an exacerbation resolves in a few days to a week or so but this bout hasn't so am just going to give in and go get help!

Update: can't sleep again so I guess I could have waited to post day 17 till the 17th after all emoticon

I posted my blog and stuff for day 16 but I have decided against the eating 2 bites experiment again. Its just not something I can do right now. Maybe one day, just not today!

Day 15 is a doozy. I don't think I can just take 2 bites of anything I really love to eat and then get rid of the rest. What are you going to use for this experiential activity?
I am still thinking about mine. Maybe peanut M&M's or peanut butter fudge. I just don't know if I should even try this though. Feels like I would be playing with fire. I am definitely giving food to much power over me. Just thinking about this lesson has shown me that!
Hopefully we can touch base today. When are your days off?
