212: It's Going Down in 2014!

I've tried everything (and wasted some money too) in order to lose weight but for the past four years have gained it. I've always would gain maybe 10 or 15 pounds but had the motivation and determination to lose the weight and at the most spiritually strongest time I've been was able to maintain a healthy weight but I've lost that motivation. I got the faith in JESUS (despite past experiences), fitness tools and my spark peeps to keep me going and motivated. And right now....I need that!
