Already 1/3 into 2014. I am continuing on my journey to better health and a balanced lifestyle. I am a wife, mother of 3 (all grown), and grandma to 4. I live in NW Washington. I am an ex-public school teacher, but now continue educating through lifestyle consulting. I love to craft (quilting, applique, cross-stitch, crochet, baby items). I love being outdoors and working in the garden with my husband. I am continuing my journey of re-inventing myself. I work from home and love it! I love helping people improve the balance in their lives through the 5 Pillars of Health. I am in the early stages of beginning an additional home based business with craft designs. Family is an important part of my life. I love being with my kids and grandkids. I will update pictures soon.
Live healthier on a daily basis. Reach my goal weight by the end of 2014. Daily exercise and meditations.
Minimum of 8 glasses of water a day.
Exercising at the gym a minimum of 4 days a week.
Keep track of meals.
I am recently off all meds thanks to weight loss since the first of the year and adding natural nutritional supplements!
Early morning meditation and journaling. Vital Balance breakfast. Lots of fresh fruits and veggies. Water, water, and more water. Gym 4 mornings a week and home routine or walk other 3 days. Connect with other people. Track my food intake.
50+ & no longer counting! I enjoy family, quilting, sewing, crafting, crochet. reading, traveling, and being outdoors.
