Deborah. This is the place for walkers and runners. It has lots of options to help you stay on track. A couple of suggestions are to visit the team daily and to read at least one of the blogs. Eventually you will find some people who are talking about things that interest you. Then you can subscribe to their blogs. A great way to get your points for messages is to post on the team message boards. I hope to see you there.
Terrie has an email that she will send you. It explains all of the options available. Be sure to look into the Walk Across America at exercise.lbl.gov. It allows you to track your cumulative miles and to view the scenery as you walk across the USA. Also be sure to tell us where you are on your trek on the Where Are You Today message board.
