Deborah's Journey

A new year and a fresh start. I did SparkPeople last year and lost 31 pounds. Winter hit and I got a new, full time job that is more like 60+ hours per week which put me on the sidelines again...I gained over 10 pounds back.

Well, I am back with a late start - Spring is horribly cold from last year...

I plan on doing my last year's plan and get moving!

emoticon Deborah. This is the place for walkers and runners. It has lots of options to help you stay on track. A couple of suggestions are to visit the team daily and to read at least one of the blogs. Eventually you will find some people who are talking about things that interest you. Then you can subscribe to their blogs. A great way to get your points for messages is to post on the team message boards. I hope to see you there.

Terrie has an email that she will send you. It explains all of the options available. Be sure to look into the Walk Across America at exercise.lbl.gov. It allows you to track your cumulative miles and to view the scenery as you walk across the USA. Also be sure to tell us where you are on your trek on the Where Are You Today message board.

thanks for stopping by my page. I'm so happy you are doing good and getting back into your workout routine. It's great to go out for a walk with the puppy. It always feels great once you are done. Well keep working out and don't give up. I know you can do it! We both can and we will.
