My Goals:
I plan to maintain my weight and eat healthy. I would like to include good fats in my diet like walnuts and natural peanut butter to have a healthy heart. I will also try to incorporate more legumes in my diet to reduce saturated fats found in meats.

My Program:
I do cardio at least three times a week and do strength exercises 3 times a week.

I agree, I think that when I am sad I should try and do something else other than eat. I'm thinking maybe listen to music or something, I dunno.
I'll have to check out all those spark people articles you mentioned. I didn't know that they had articles on this topic but it's awesome that they do
