My goal is to become more healthy in my diet choices - choosing more fruits and vegetables which have been lacking in the past. I was at high risk of diabetes. I now would like to maintain my current weight of around 135 pounds.

My Goals:
I plan to maintain my weight and eat healthy. I would like to include good fats in my diet like walnuts and natural peanut butter to have a healthy heart. I will also try to incorporate more legumes in my diet to reduce saturated fats found in meats.
My Program:
I do cardio at least three times a week and do strength exercises 3 times a week.
