I've struggled with my weight since I was about 15. Poor eating habits, depression, a rough childhood...all contribute. With bad relationships, I found comfort in eating. I also have a horrible habit of "bored eating". I'm so tired of carrying this extra weight and need some motivation. My motivation is:
-Feeling better
-Gaining self-esteem
-Less tired
-Able to do more activites
-Not being the "fat friend"
-Loving myself

My Goals:
My goal was to lose 75 lbs. I've lost 44, 31 to go!!

I started my journey as a size 20, now I'm at 16. My ultimate is to be an 8.

I also want to be able to do 10 pushups in a row!


My Program:
Working out at home:
-Zumba Fitness 2 on Wii
-EA Sports Active personal training program on Wii
-SP Strength training

Eating:
-Cutting most junk food (though allowed to indulge once in a while!!)
-Eating all recommended SP nutrients
-Eating all servings of fruits, veggies and water

Rewards:
-Weight under 200
New clothes (size 16!!)
Achieved: 1/31/12

-Weight 185 (out of obese BMI)
New purse and high heel shoes
Achieved: 4/27/12

-Weight 169 (60 lbs lost!)
New bathing suit (EEK!)
Achieved:

-Weight 154 (ultimate)
Pair of skinny jeans
Trip to Italy
Achieved:

    What's your plan for this next week? I find it helps me to have workouts and meals planned a little so I stay on track.
