Two Steps Forward, One Step Back

In search of motivation...it has eluded me! I used to be active, eat healthy. In the past, I ran 2-3 times a week, combining strength training and cardio too. Life happens and changes in friendships (or lack of) have left me feeling somewhat defeated. My Goals:
I'd like to get back to enjoying life again, through mental and physical activity. I'm going to kick food addiction and emotional eating aside for good.

My Program:
I'm starting anew since I've been off the wagon for a few years and gained weight. I'll keep it simple to begin with: yoga and pilates while working on my eating habits.
