Loved the weekend and even with the rain it was a great race and Tony deserved to win. I still wish it was JR but he did well. This weeks race what a wild ending wasnt it. Hope you were able to see it. Kinda glad we have a weekend off but will miss the races. Hope things are going well and know I am thinking of you. Hugs and smiles Deb
WTG on the walking. You know your friend best. I am diong OK, right now have the beginnings of a cold, which is a bummer since Tues we are leaving for vacation. Taking all the right meds and going to take it easier this weekend in hopes this will get better faster. I was going to go to Curves for a Zumba class this morning, I was looking forward to it, but not going. Little sad. I will take a nice walk later when it warms up this afternoon. As to journey well I am working on it and trying hard to find the right balance. My big problem has been calories intake, I went way to low and messed me up, so now I am raising it up some and seieng if that helps. SP does reccomend to not get too low and the more active you are the need to increase but the dieter (ugh that word) in me just doesnt compute, so that is my project for this month to listen to my body and eat enough to feed it but so much that I gain. LOL a real highwire act. Life is good though, DH soon to retire and I am looking forward to that, we havent been together too long about 5 years and love to spend time doing nothing or doing something. I know he will get bored so hoping he will try some volunteer work just to keep him busy and involved. Hope things are going well for you and keep up the walking, it was the way in the beginning the really only exercise I did and hey it felt good and I did lose weight. I still love it today and believe it is the one exercise that helped my most on this journey. Hugs and smiles Deb
