My Goals:
My goals are to lose this weight, walk 5 miles at least 3 days a week,strength train at least 3 days a week and become healthy which will make me happy and hopefully releive some of the back and leg pain which will allow me to take less pain medicine

My Program:
Eat healthy low calorie meals.Eat 3 regular meals a day and 2 snacks not to go over my 1200 calories a day.Excercise at least 5 days a week,opefully more.
