I will not weigh 200 pounds!

I've finally reached the point where I promised myself I had to get more fit--199.2 pounds. I refuse to weigh over 200 pounds at 5'2" tall! So, good meal plans and daily trips to the gym...here I come!

To do a cleanse I buy a supplement pack. They are called cleanses. They are generally high in fiber to assist in bowel movements. also, i try to stay away from caffeine and other chemicals that are being flushed out of my system.
