Thank you CHRISSTAMPER and GLORIA68. How nice of you to drop a line. I'm still hanging in there, and actually feeling fairly fit and loving my jogging....not so much the weights. I find the "filling in your food for the day" page quite frustrating. Is there an easier way to do it, than having to substitue every single thing I eat? I find that I don't use it because it's too time consuming/frustrating. Any hints would be appreciated. Thanks again for the boost you two. 1975 days ago
