Deb Needs A Buddy

Just turned 50 this summer, and for the first time this winter, I gained 40 lbs. Not happy at all. I am currently jogging/weights, 6 times a week, but really, really slow progress and I get discouraged. Need someone who's in a similar situation for encouragement. Or, someone who's not, and can help anyway. I also have a few problems using some of SP's pages.

PS: I'm sorry the DVD didn't work in your player. Did you try cleaning it and maybe trying it in another player? Sorry that happened. If you get another one, get it at Walmart, that way if you have a problem you can just take it back to the store.

Thank you CHRISSTAMPER and GLORIA68. How nice of you to drop a line. I'm still hanging in there, and actually feeling fairly fit and loving my jogging....not so much the weights.
I find the "filling in your food for the day" page quite frustrating. Is there an easier way to do it, than having to substitue every single thing I eat? I find that I don't use it because it's too time consuming/frustrating. Any hints would be appreciated.
