I am a grandma of 6 looking to lose 100+ pounds. I am doing this not only for myself ( I am tired of being tired and hurting everytime I have to get up and do something), but for my grandkids who deserve a grandma that can take them to the zoo and walk around or go to the park. The eating and tracking is the easiest, the exercise is something I really don't like but hope that if I get in a routine, it too will become enjoyable.

My Goals:
My main goal is lose 100+. I would like to do it in 12-18 mo but to be realistic am making smaller goals to keep myself encouraged along the path to fitness.

My Program:
I track my food daily and am trying to excerise of some sort daily. The food is alot easier than the exercise!
