    I FOUND YOU! Glad you liked the motivational articles I sent you. I've ramped up my walking this week. Yesterday I did 37 minutes at lunch and then went home and did 27 around the complex. Today I did 50 minutes at lunch. It was a little chilly at first, but I warmed up QUICK! I'm still sweatin' a little. emoticon

    You need to get back on track ... exercise to get those endorphins SPARKING! emoticon

    I FOUND YOU! Welcome! I'll try to keep you on your toes! I just came back from a 50 minute walk around the campus at work. It's the longest walk I've taken. Yesterday I did 37 minutes at lunch and another 27 last night around the apartment complex. Tonight I get to go do water aerobics at the Y for an hour.
