I signed up again for another 5% weight loss challenge starting Mar 26th, and continuing for 8 weeks. I am a Spirited Underdog again. If you want to maintain, or lose weight, these challenges are the way to go!!! This time I am up a couple of pounds more than the starting weight last time. Time to buckle down before I continue to gain. My husband thinks I am the Most Positive Person he has ever seen. I do try to think positive and keep negativity out of my life. Even if it means no news channels haha. I live in Washington State. I have struggled with weight my whole life. More than once I''ve had to lose 30 pounds. It just kinda creeps up on ya uh? I''m thinking that getting use to being focused on what I eat each day, will make it different this time. My family includes my husband, 2 Moluccan cockatoos (more trouble than my children were) and a Pomchi . I have 3 daughters, 2 live in the Seattle WA. area and Silverdale. My Youngest daughter lives here in Port Angeles. She is pregnant and due Feb 24 2016. I have 4 other grandchildren, ages 22, 17, 5 and 3. My biggest wish was to live closer to my children and grandchildren. My wish came true, but it was hard won. Oct 18, 2013 we had a house fire in our home in Lake Havasu, AZ. It took nine months of misery, rental moves, and insurance adjustments but we moved into OUR home in Port Angeles, WA 7-18-2014. Here''s to us ALL "positively" losing and keeping our weight off!!

Hi Debby,,, it hurts to have to take the necessary steps of taking action for a parent to be safe away from home. It is Hon something which needed to happen. It's better for you both sat this stage. Healthier for her and urself. Though it doesn't feel right,,, it is the best solution. My Dad BEGGED for me to convince my brother for him to go home. It hurt my heart, but he had fallen a number of times. It just wasn't safe. I hope you can make peace with urself. It does help to feel bad. If it was easy to keep her at home,,,u would,, you DID,,,, you both enjoyed it,, but when she became worse,,,, it was no longer a choice.

So glad you are the Momma for the birdies. Sounds like they are both a lot of friends. My friend Izzy had 4 parakeets. They were in one the largest bird cage I've ever seen!! Took up the majority of the wall.

    Let's GOOO Dawggies!!

Just going over the vet records,,,, a deer!! Such a unique answer!! They are generally sweet natured,,,, yet cautious. Living in Maine we are surrounded by them. In Portland not as much, but the city I live in u see them though in the 2 towns we are next to have quite a few. Driving at night, you HAVE to stay VERY aware.
