We recently moved to Oregon & we love it, but Missouri will always be home to me!. I am an avid St Louis Cardinals Fan & dyed in the wool Democrat..Left wing liberal and proud of it!
I have fought my weight all my adult life & now I am diabetic and have HBP and High Triglycerides. I am trying to get healthy and make a complete lifestyle change.

I was raised on good ole country cookin'..If it wasn't fried,dipped or battered I didnt want it..lol Bacon grease is a cooking staple ..or it use to be anyway..

Per my dietican following an 1800 cal diet and low carb diet.
Exercising often-Beginning Yoga & it's harder than I ever imagined...:)
