Pushing Forward
My goal is to loose 85 lbs by end of Oct 2013. I do not want to reach my 55th B'day next Winter in the shape I am now. I want to have the body I know I can have and get back to the great shape I've known in years past.

My Goals:
My goals are to become more active and watch my daily nutrition numbers. I also have the goal to loose from 260 to 175 lbs by end of Oct 2013. I want to be at a healthy and happy weight before I turn 55 next year! Also to become more fit!
My Program:
To meet my goals I am using the daily Nutrition and Fitness Trackers. I have mapped out my walks to give me a choice of how far I can or want to go on any given day. I want to take advantage of the healthy fitness and yoga dvd's I have. I'm not ready for a gym commitment, but rather enjoy working out at home and outdoor daily walks.
