My Goals:
My goal is to shed at least 40 pounds and develop healthier eating habits.

My Program:
I am trying a new diet called The Food Lovers Fat Loss Plan. I also plan to incorporate an exercise program and walk at least 5 times per week a minimum of 30 minutes.

Personal Information:
My name is Debbie and I have been married for 30 years. I have two daughters, Lauren and Megan. Lauren is in her second year of law school. Megan graduated college in May and is getting ready to start her new career on Monday. She got married in August 2008. Her husband just got back from a tour of duty in Iraq. We are all excited he is back. We are very proud of him. I have been a teacher for 20 years. I am in my second year as a district literacy coach. My husband is a principal for one of our elementary schools. I have one puppy named Maddie. She is just so cute and sweet.

Other Information:
I love to read and scrapbook. I am reading the Twilight books now. I read mostly books by Christian authors and lots of inspirational romance novels. I also love playing with my puppy and spending time with my family and going to church.
