Loose 30 lbs. Tone up and loose inches. for 2013, I still need to loose the weight as well as drop off the inches.
1) walking a minimum of 30 min/day 5 days week. Updated for 2013, I walk 2-3 miles 6 days a week. 2) Climbing 10 flights of stairs; up and down 3 times in 15 min. 5 days a week. (doing this at work) totalling 30 flights. (you end up with some killer calf muscles! 2013 update I am only doing the stairs 2 or 3 times a week.
Stoped smoking in February 2012. Gained 30 lbs. February 2013: Still smoke free.
DEB, We have been away on a motorcycle adventure and we check out of the Inn we were staying in West Dover, VT this morning. I packed the laptop into the motorcycle and did not do any logging this morning. We did just get home and pulled the lap out and set up and I started logging my SPARKPEOPLE stuff. I put way too much time into this effort.
Yes, we are home after a long day. Got up at 3:30 a.m. in Las Vegas - did all the things you must do to start the day off and got a taxi to the airport and flew out of Las Vegas at 7:00 a.m. to Chicago Midway Airport which got delayed a couple of hours and then flew to Manchester, NH . We finally got home at 8:30 p.m. Saturday. Now we have some catch-up to do. But first we respond to Deb's message.
Yes, we still have a teenee weenee little bit where the sun don't hit. It is pretty much all gone except in real shady spots. The temperature is still below freezing in the morning. Cannot wait to take our first ride this spring. It was 20 years ago when I got my first Harley-Davidson and it was right about this time of April. I still have that bike and it has over 92,000 miles on it. I use it during the week and then I use the 2008 on weekends and long trips. Nothing like options.
