I want to feel good about how I look again... I want to fit in to all my "cute clothes" in the closet with the size 6 tags still on them. I want to go to my class reunion next year and feel good about being a couple years away from 40!! I want to not worry about my roll around my belly when I sit down. I want to feel healthy and happy and be around a long time for my kids and my future grandkids! I'm tired of breaking promises to myself about my weight loss. I want to take a family picture again, and actually LOOK forward to the camera, not loathe it! I want to look like a Victoria's Secret model even it's only through my husband's eyes! ;-)
Right now I just need to concentrate on tracking my food and making good choices. I need to eat a healthy breakfast and drink lots of water! I need to plan our dinner meals in advance so I don't have any excuses of why I can't make up a good healthy dinner for me and my family!

Hey Lady! Great to see you again!! I have actually lost 20 pounds! I regained that nastiness over last year and since xmas I have busted my butt to get back down to my ticker weight and then some! It was hard but it's been exciting. Swimming kicks my butt and I love it. I am really glad to see you back!!!!
Hey Lady! I'm sorry to hear you are in a funk. Where are you moving too? You know what they say, slow and steady wins the race, so as long as we just keep moving and keeping an eye on our food, we can do it!
Caio! I'm about to start this new dvd this week. I didn't realize the workout is 60 minutes! AH! I'm just trying to stay motivated with new things. The swimming is great but tiring. I can't believe how quick I get tired. blah!
