Back again for about the 8th time. This time I am determined to stick with it, I think having the mobile app as well might help. I''m 57 years old and a former runner at the 1/2 marathon level. I shredded my left meniscus 2 years ago while training for a full. 20 lbs later and still struggling with depression from not running. This time I am determined to properly substitute the running with walking and getting rid of that extra weight. Here is to all of us achieving our goals in 2015!
