Dandy Debbie from Dover's Delightful Doings

Hi folks! I enjoy classical, jazz, country, gospel and folk music. I am learning to play the mandolin, and sing classical music with the Rockingham Choral Society (as well as in the choir at First Parish Church, Dover). At present I work with an organization that provides life support for developmentally disabled adults. Best to y'all!

My Goals:
My first goal is to lose 5 lbs. My sister, her significant other and I have decided that we will all treat ourselves to ice cream at the IceHouse when we all have lost 5. After that, I'll have to set a new goal. I have to lose a total of about 50 lbs.

My Program:
I'm just getting started, so I'm basically trying to stay within the calorie, fat, carb and protein ranges suggested for me.

Personal Information:
My page title says it all.

Other Information:
I am always interested in attending concerts in New England in the musical genres I enjoy. I'll try to post concert (and music workshop and camp) information on my page in case anyone else is interested. Also, please feel free to post on my wall or email me if you know of anything that might be of interest.
