Operation ACL 2012
I'm losing weight to change my life, just so I can do the things that I've been too unfit and fat to do before; there's been too many great events and activities I've avoided because I just couldn't join in. I've a reverse bucket list; not things to do before I die but things to do as I start to live a proper life again. My Goals:
Number 1's been ticked off (a hike to some roman ruins i live near to but was too unfit to walk up and down the hills), number 2 is a certain dress size in time for the Christmas party, and the biggie is a music festival and road trip of Texas and Louisiana in October 2012. My bum needs to be small enough for a plane seat...
My Program:
Swimming is my friend. I'd got into the habit of swimming a kilometer five nights week. Recent illness means I'm not exercising at all as my spinal cord heals. Boring!
