ONE DAY AT A TIME

Just as it says, I am doing this one day at a time. Only this time I am adding exercise to the mix. I have signed up for 10 weeks at a gym, and so far i have been going very faithfully. I am not seeing the scale move like I usually do, but I feeling better and stronger.

After almost 10 weeks sticking to my daily calories and working out or taking an exercise class from 4-6 times a week, I am down 36 pounds and feeling pretty good. It may break the bank, but I have signed up ...

My Goals:
My goal is to stay on track TODAY, and not worry about what is going to happen tomorrow. Trying to beat the "stress eating".

My Program:
I am counting every calorie I eat and not going over 1200 calories a day. Working out at the gym doing strength training and cardio. I have never exercised in my life! Already there is a huge diffenence in my thighs. Just keep plugging along.
