I want to loose 15 pounds and exercise regularly.
I lost 25 pounds 2 years ago and have managed to keep it off (give or take 4 pounds). I still have about 15 pounds to loose. Hopefully Spark People will give me a jump start on that. I also recently joined a fitness club and am trying to exercise to ease my stiffness from arthritis in my knees.
I am an elementary school teacher. At my church I work with children with special needs. I love to garden, read, and make jewelry.
