    Hi there- started a no sugar regimine today- went to the store and bought a lot of veggies- came home with an acorn squash- any advice/recipes for cooking it????

    Been busy cleaning, gettting the yellow jacket nest out of the wall and hole patched with sheetrock- now just need to do the taping/spackling. Not doing that for a bit as my neck is acting up again.

    Hope all is well with you- I have been sick and having migraines the past few days so haven't been doing too well with my spark stuff. Thought I would be back to normal today but have been miserable. Tomorrow is another day.

    I have been trying to limit my snacking at night too- the only way I have had success with it is by going to bed earlier. (Which I should be doing anyway.) Tonight I am having snap peas while I am doing my spark stuff. I love them and they are filling. (and low calorie). I get the ones packaged by Mann's.

    I was on my feet a lot today, shopping and working on some paintings, so running up and down the basement stairs. Did the bike too but late and only 15 minutes, but need to build up my endurance again. I restarted spark coach from the beginning this time.

    Two days down...I stayed in my calorie range today, ate lots of fruits and veggies, drank a lot of water...but am soooo tired tonight. Though that is good, I will fall asleep early!

    A friend of mine is coming over tomorrow afternoon to share art techniques- should be really fun, I am looking forward to an afternoon playing with paint. Have to clean up the house in the morning and do my exercise before she comes over...ended up riding the bike after dinner tonight and it was really hard. I am so not an evening person.
