Just checking in to see how you are faring. Moving is tough when you carry extra weight, but the more you move, the stronger you get...and it promotes better health. If you are having a hard time with the gym, you might look into T-Tapp...Teresa Tapp has developed effective movement programs that don't involve rolling around on the floor or jumping etc. 15 minute work out gets results when done correctly (I love it, but did it for so long, I got tired of it and stopped. Big mistake...need to get going again!) Anyway, some folks love the gym...some, like me, not so much. I have had success with walking, but you said on your home page that was difficult for you. As you lose lbs, that should get easier. Keep us posted! Thinking of you, Sister Debbi! emoticon

I understand the problems medications cause with weight loss. I take meds for depression/anxiety and autoimmune diseases.

I just started working again on my fitness and healthy eating yesterday.

Keep going, keep fighting. Take care. emoticon
