I've (mostly) maintained an 80 lb. weight loss for a year now, though I haven't managed to get rid of that last 25 lbs. Gotta kick it up a notch! And it's time - breast cancer might have been a minor setback, but it's time to reclaim my body.

I saw you tracked Yoga, don't you just love it? I don't do the hot Yoga but the studio I go to is wonderful and I go almost every day. I feel stronger, steadier and more flexible!
