Wake-Up Call
This past year has been kind of rough on my family. My mom was diagnosed with, and has completed treatment for, breast cancer. My dad just had hip-replacement surgery. If ever I was in need of a wake-up call, this year was it. I'm 30 years old, and have hip and back problems, plus high cholesterol. Its time to finally make a real commitment and lose the weight I've been carrying around for the past 15 years.
