Doing it for me!

I recently turned 31 and everything in my life has started to fall into place. A few pieces of the puzzle are missing, and the root cause is that I'm not living a healthy lifestyle.

I've started this journey over and over again. I've been a part of Spark since 2010. This WILL be my last "restart." I have learned a lot through the years, and it's time to put everything into place.

You cannot love someone until you love yourself, and that is what I am working on. It has nothing to do with how i look physically, but how I feel mentally and physically. It's internal. I want to be the best person I can be, and I need to stop treating my body like it is a garbage can.

I am always looking for new friends and motivation buddies. It doesn't matter to me where you are at in your journey, but I've found that there truly is strength in numbers.

I'm also a writer. Suspense fiction. Currently in editing stage of my first completed novel.

Isn't the Xbox1 AMAZING..I knew you would love it! I do the mid length classes as well. I actually think I'm going to do a class tonight. Might start with a short though since I'm so out of shape. I need to get my workouts back in and Zumba is fun and a short class is only 20-30 minutes. I can do that right? haha

I hear you about the puzzlement... but you're right, at least it was still a loss! It can get discouraging when we're working so hard and not seeing the scale move, but what I always do is just imagine the changes taking place inside the body. Your muscles are getting so much stronger and toned - even the ones you can't see. So keep it up!

Ooohh, I didn't know about the grocery list app - sounds like a good one! Guess I'll have to look for the Spark one too :) Thanks for the tips!!! Hope you have a great weigh in... you've certainly been putting in the exercise time! Wow - keep up the great work!
