Yeah I know exactly what you mean, but I seriously wouldn't worry about it too much. One week you might see no change and the next, you lose like 4 lbs! That happened to me more than once before, and it was definitely a struggle to keep my motivation up. I think that derailed me in the past too, counting on that loss every week. Just keep focusing on all the positives like you having more strength to do stuff!! It seriously helps by putting yourself in the right mindset for the long run. Also remember (and keep telling yourself this too) that you've done amazing thus far, and I (for one) am POSITIVE that you will keep this momentum going!!
I'm doing okay on my end. I actually just lost the weight I gained from mid term stress and a lofty vacation gain hahaha. So now I'm officially back on track!!
We can definitely do this!! 2015 will be a year full of positives!!
