My Goals:
I'd like to get in control of my eating, lose weight, become fit and look better.

My Program:
I bought a total gym. I'm trying to do 3 days of whole body strength training and 3-4 days of cardio. A huge goal for me since I'm not used to setting aside time to exercise.

I'm from Amherst, Ohio. I'll graduate with my teaching degree in May.
