Thanks for the info about the shakes. We should totally split some. I rang it up at the checkout and almost fell over when I saw it was $50!! There is a lot of it so it's probably not so bad but I was not expecting that. (probably should have looked at the price before I put it in my cart!) If you haven't tasted it already you can do that before we get some. I actually like the taste.

I still have your key too so we should get together before I leave on vacation if you're free. Let me know!

We are in the same virtual weigh in spark team weigh in and I saw your weigh in post today. Just wanted to stop by your page and encourage you. I bet you have gained muscle this week and lost fat...muscle weighs more than fat. You will know for sure when you do your measurements. Just keep pressing forward and making one good choice after the other and you will meet your goal in no time! emoticon
