I'm actually really happy with all aspects of my life and not depressed that I'm overweight - but I would like to be healthier, stronger, and toned. Eventually, I want to do two pull-ups - but honestly I think that'll be quite a while.

Do two pull-ups Be a hot, fit bride for my TBD wedding Mostly be fit & happy Run another 5k in under 30 minutes Be a better roller derby player & athlete
My Program:
Roller Derby Practice 2x a week, Fitness Boot Camp 3x a week, when I can jogging, TRX or another fitness regime 1-2x a week. I regularly track my calories and I'm FINALLY taking my fitness seriously - dropping 20 pounds and being proud of the fit lady I'm becoming.
