I've struggled with my weight and body image all my life. In the past it's prevented me from participating in life fully and feeling good about myself as a person. I'm tired of that now. I've wasted too much time feeling bad about myself and how I look.
As I enter middle age I want to find balance and care for myself by making good decisions regarding my health and well-being.

My Goals:
I'd like to adopt a balanced and healthy eating plan that will help me lose some pounds and maintain a healthy weight. I think I need a long term food and exercise plan rather than a diet.
My specific goals include:
- drinking 8 glasses of water every day
- doing at least 15 minutes of a cardio exercise every day
- either writing in my blog or posting on a team board every day
If I can do these things I think I can keep myself motivated.

My Program:
I'm trying mini meals and regular exercise.
