My Goals:
1) Walk at least 9 miles each week (out doors or treadmill)
2) Bike 50 or more miles a week (out doors or spin bike)
3) Do a strength building activity 2-3 times each week

My Program:
1) Logging my fitness activities
2) Keeping a food log
3) Vary my activities (biking, walking, kayaking, gym, etc.)
4) Use a fitness tracker to track steps & bike computer
5) Use lunch hour to walk or bike

Other Information:
Keep it positive - think about what you are doing, will do, not what you have to stop doing.
