Dedicated to lifelong fitness and health
Feb9 update- Because I wear a uniform everyday, the facts is: I've gained weight. I am rededicating myself to me - tracking, racking up points, fitness minutes - AND have a personal trainer appointment. There WILL be progress.---- Left 15 pounds in Afghanistan in summer 2009. Ultimate goal: The person I want to be is dedicated to being strong, healthy, and emotionally fit so that I can watch my husband and girls grow and enjoy the lives we've been given. Be an example to my peers and girls that consistency and perseverance will give lifelong health.

Cardio 30+ min x 4 days a week MWTF Need to add a long run 1x/wk weights 30 min x 3 days a week -MUST do Using "my nutrition" to get a reality check on what I'm eating.
