Feb 27 2016-

Following the Freedom Journal to achieve my goal in 100 days--

go from 150 to 140 - lose 10 pounds in 100 days.

31 May is my 100th day. YES I will!!

Ultimate goal: The person I want to be is dedicated to being strong, healthy, and emotionally fit so that I can watch my husband and girls grow and enjoy the lives we've been given.
Be an example to my peers and girls that consistency and perseverance will give lifelong health.

Hey there Washington sparker! Lookin' good.. I hear those last 10 lbs are the hardest, so keep on truckin'! I find every 5 lbs hard and I'm a SLOW loser, but making it stick is the most important thing!
