I was off to a good start on both my fitness and diet, however I have become side tracked and need to get back on track. It doesn't matter if you fall off the wagon for a while, cheat one day, skip a workout as long as you immediately get back at it the next day. Several times in the past I have cheated on my diet, skipped many a workout and I just thought oh well and gave up completely. It doesn't matter if you fall off the wagon for a while, cheat one day, skip a workout as long as you immediately get back at it the next day. Several times in the past I have cheated on my diet, skipped many a workout and I just thought oh well and gave up completely. I now know that even if I have those slip ups as long as I get back at it the next day then I can still succeed, it will just take longer to acheive my goals. Never give up, your health depends on it! You and you alone can make the changes necessary to become a healthier happier person for yourself an for your family.
