Dea's Mission to Lose and Keep off 35 pounds

Last year I lost 25 pounds and I weighed 165 on my wedding day last August. I have regained 15 pounds and must put a stop to it!

So my goal is to get to 145 by next year. My plan is to continually make changes that I will keep over my lifetime to get 35 pounds off my body and keep it off by creating a healthy new lifestyle. I will do this by tracking my calories and increasing my fitness level.

My Goals:
I want to lose 35 pounds.

My Program:
I am tracking my calories and allowing myself to eat between 1300 - 1600 calories per day until I reach my goal.

I also plan to work out 5 - 6 times per week. I will do strength circuit training 3 times per week and walk/jog at least 3 - 5 times per week.

Resistance bands are awesome too. I have three levels and I love them! I do them while watching Tv at times!

You're welcome, I'm glad it helped!

What I usually do is have fruits and veggie, or the 100 calorie packs, if you like ice cream get the slim fit or for desserts the smart meals or something like that but the frozen desserts. We tried those a while ago and they are SO good.

what else.. that's all I can think of for right now..Fiber bars work for me, I love those. I don't know anything else, I'd have to think about it. Btw I LOVE your picture it's so beautiful!

I just started a new challenge to lose 10 lbs in 30 days. It gives you daily challenges and I know it works because I have done it before by myself. The last time I did this I lost 14 lbs.!! So feel free to join my team and do as I do. I can't guarantee that it will work, but if you stick with it, I have no doubts.
I am struggling with my last few lbs, and I am hoping this will be the kick in the butt I need. So come join me and give some support and I will offer that right back to you. I hope to see ya!
