Resistance bands are awesome too. I have three levels and I love them! I do them while watching Tv at times!

What I usually do is have fruits and veggie, or the 100 calorie packs, if you like ice cream get the slim fit or for desserts the smart meals or something like that but the frozen desserts. We tried those a while ago and they are SO good.
what else.. that's all I can think of for right now..Fiber bars work for me, I love those. I don't know anything else, I'd have to think about it. Btw I LOVE your picture it's so beautiful! 2544 days ago

I just started a new challenge to lose 10 lbs in 30 days. It gives you daily challenges and I know it works because I have done it before by myself. The last time I did this I lost 14 lbs.!! So feel free to join my team and do as I do. I can't guarantee that it will work, but if you stick with it, I have no doubts.
