    Congrats on the 142! That is great! What have you been doing to get such great results? I was doing great my first few months, but October I've only come down 3-4 lbs, lots of up and down. I was at 149 then back up to 151, just staying around 150. I added in strength training a few weeks ago with an hour or two of cardio a day, cut calories.... still the same.

    I am so glad to see you are getting results! Keep up the good work!

    30 lbs!!!!! WHOOOO HOOOO!!!!! That is so awesome! You are inspiring me, I am right on your heels at 153.8. I love your new picture, I can totally see the difference in your face. Have you been taking body measurements? (Waist, hips, thighs, arms) I just took mine for the 3rd time since I started and the inches are melting away. Feels great, doesn't it?

    Awesome to hear that you no longer look like your "fatty" picture! How 'bout posting a photo of what you DO look like now? I will not be posting any pictures of me running my half marathon, because I still look FAT. But the scale is still moving.... 155.2 this morning.

    Thanks for the "good morning" greeting on my page this morning. Actually, I was just thinking of you because I am sooooooo close to hitting the 150s. The scale this AM said 160.2. Soooooo close! So I am right on your heels all the way. I looked back at what I weighed a week ago and I am almost 3 pounds lighter. One thing I have been doing this week is cutting back on the riding (we've had high winds here), taking a rest day or two, and doing intervals almost every run. Someone told me intervals burn fat faster (after your workout), and I resisted cutting back for a few weeks, but I am really happy with the results so I am going to keep going.

    Doing a 45-mile/72K bike tour this Sunday, and a Half Marathon in Asheville, NC on September 18th. Do you have any races or long rides coming up?
