1. Daily Devotionals. 2. Wii Fit almost every day for a minimum of 30 minutes. 3. Wii Personal Trainer Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday. 4. Work out at the gym with co-workers Tuesday and Thursdays. 5. Incorporate as much fiber as possible into my diet in a natural way (trying the F2 diet right now).
The scale can be your enemy. You get up in the morning and step onto the scale. (You always weigh yourself in the morning because that way you haven't had a chance to eat in seven or eight hours.) One of three things has happened: you've gained weight, you've lost weight, or you've stayed the same. If you've lost weight, you're ahead of the game and can afford to cheat a little. BUT CAN YOU REALLY... IS THIS WHAT YOU REALLY WANT? If you've gained weight, you may feel angry or depressed, especially if you were "good" yesterday. SO WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO TODAY TO CHANGE YOUR NUMBERS TOMORROW? And if you stayed the same, it looks as if you have been given free reign to do nothing. ARE YOU GOING TO SIT THERE AND DO NOTHING?
