It's Really Gonna Happen This Time!

I'm 21 and I just HAVE to lose weight! I've been telling myself that I was gonna do it forever, and instead I just kept gaining! I am currently 154 pounds and hoping to be 130. I am absolutely in love with food of all sorts, and I'd say that is my biggest problem since I actually do love to work out. I really want to drop 4 pant sizes, but my legs keep getting bigger (and I love running) so I guess running is making them bigger? Anyone with tips to skinnier legs and smaller appetites please ...

honestly, the only type of exercise I did when I lost 20lbs was yoga, walking and some light strengh training exercises for my arms. yoga is a total body toner.
