The Roller Coaster Ride

Hi, my name is Denise and I have been on an on again off again diet my whole life. I lost 63 pounds with weight watchers 5 years ago and have since gained it all back (go figure). Sparkpeople looks like something that can help me get to my goal of being healthy, but is a little overwhelming. I would appreciate any or all to help me reach my goal and stay there this time, as I am sick of riding this roller coaster!
