Now having turned 40 I am going through a divorce but still owned by a doxie :-)
My long term goals at this site are;
1) Improve my diet
2) Improve my fitness level
3) Lose 100+lbs
My short term goals are;
1) To walk a 5 mile marathon this
2) To participate in a 23 mile marathon next year. My goal is to finish at least 1/3 of the marathon!
If you want to know anything else just give me a holler!
My daily program is to walk at least 5 times a week and exercise at least 2 times a week.
I will also do a daily (?) vlog or blog to try to keep on top of things.
