I WILL be that success story!
I want to be 'that' success story - you know the one, the one where you see the 'before' pictures, and amazing 'after' pictures (only you will not see any before pictures of me here)!! I need, and want, to lose the last 30 of the 80 pounds I gained with our third child! My poor daughter will wonder where I was the first few years of her life as I DO NOT get in very many pictures!
I want to do lose the weight clean and healthy. I want to complete the whole package by living clean ...

My Goals:
~ Mind ~ Take a new class, learn more about anything!

My Program:
*Track EVERY calorie every day!
*Strength training - 4x a week
*Cardio - 2x a week
*Walk 30 mins. 2x a week
Personal Information:
I have a wonderful husband, three beautiful children, four awesome dogs, two not so friendly cats ~ we're a ZOO! I gained 80 lbs. with each of my three pregnancies. With my boys it was easier to lose the weight because I was younger. Our third, I was 40 and boy has it been tough to lose the last 30 lbs (and the baby is now 3)! I'm determined to get my body back!
