THE VERY LAST TIME

I have been up and down with my weight ever since I had my first child. I never had a weight problem until then. I vow that this is my last time. I turn 50 in January 2012 and sure would like to be 150 Lbs by then. Well I reached my goal I am 149 lbs. I also just ran my first 10 km race. My time was 1 hour 24 seconds. I placed 3rd in my age group and placed 67th out of 808 for my gender. That means I kicked some young ass. Come on life I'll take you on!

My Goals:
My first goal is to reach 150 lbs in my 50th year. I turn 50 on January 27, 2012.

My Program:
I try and ride my recumbent exercise bike for one hour daily. I also use arm weights while I ride the bike. I use 4 lbs per each arm.

Other Information:
My weight on my ticker shows up in kgs but should read in lbs. I have no idea how to change this. If anyone knows then please show me how.
